Glucose is the sugar found in all sweet fruits as well as some vegetables and legumes in particular in grapes and corn, their fruits, seeds, roots and leaves. 
 Glucose is an essential mono-sugar for the human body because it is the main source of energy of the body, found in the blood and all cells and tissues of the fauna and flora, and is the main sugar that is created in the body after digestion of the sugars or carbohydrates in the small intestine, . 
 Glucose is produced in an industrial way on an extensive scale mainly from potato starch, corn and rice by hydrolytic decomposition of the starch by means of dilute acids, especially with sulfuric acid, or by enzymes.

 Glucose syrup obtained from corn is called "corn syrup" (corn syrup), usually contains about 40% dextrin, which is an intermediate substance for the breakdown of starch into maltose and glucose and about 20% water.

 Dextrose: 
 It is another glucose and is the one that is produced dry and is called dextrose or grape sugar and produces it similar to glucose syrup, but by complete breakdown of the starch and it is free of by-products (dextrina and maltose).
