 The coconut sugar is extracted from the extraction of the coconut flower nectar in natural processes and without artificial substances or additives. 
 It is rich in minerals and vitamins and its glycemic value is very low in relation to sugar. 
 The taste of the coconut sugar is caramelized and delicate.

 Suitable for cooking and baking 
 Suitable for sweetening anything like regular sugar.
