 Instructions for making real chocolate - homemade: 
 Melt in gentle heat (40ºC to 50ºC - and no more than 60ºC) 
 The contents of the evaluation - cocoa pulp and cocoa butter. 
 Add silan or agave syrup stir for about 10 seconds - no crystalline sugar. 
 Pour into soft and flexible utensils and refrigerate for 1 hour. 
 After the chocolate hardens, press down on the bottom of the tool and remove the chocolate. 
 
 400g chocolate set includes: 
 250 grams of cocoa pulp 
 150 grams of cocoa butter 
 
 750g chocolate set includes: 
 470 grams of cocoa pulp 
 280 grams of cocoa butter
